I have been to 30 Countries which means I have stayed in more than 100 Hotels I have never seen any hospitality like what I experienced in this hotel The staff are Amazing Highly recommended Hotel The location is Amazing What ever you need is close to the hotel The staff are super helpful This Hotel DEFINITELY my first pick for my next trip to Barcelona

Rooms are bit small

Perfect service wonderful room with wooden floors and window to open very pleasant

I ordered one medium boiled egg for breakfast and they brought me one hard boiled egg and a cheque for 10 pounds I was at least expecting a charge of 5 pounds

The lobby was beautiful and the staff was amazing Lovely bathroom

Not worth 380 for a nights stay Food I ordered to the room was not what you would expect from a 5 hotel neither was the bed

Old furniture and not very well maintained room Expensive breakfast You better go to PRINCI BAKERY next door

Good breakfast options very helpful staff and excellent location for nearby shops and restaurants

Maybe improve on wine options in hotel bar no rose and amount given by the glass

The best service at a premium location walking distance to all of the chicest parts of Central Milan Will always stay here

Right in the area where all the fashion stores are located
