Room was comfortable but a bit of a hike Bathroom was a bit pokey All very clean Riverside position is lovely

All the staff we courteous and efficient Special mention the staff at breakfast who were extremely friendly

The check in process seemed a little long

Hotel is 5 min walk away from the metro station Beautiful hotel well maintained Complimentary nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch topped up everyday Nothing was too much trouble for the staff Highly recommend Lovely riverside view from the room

The bed was comfortable and the free ferry service

Queuing for 45 minutes to check in with nobody explaining why it was taking so long and it was very unwelcoming When we came down 25 minutes later there was still a queue The tv in the room was in an awkward position When we arrived back on Saturday evening there was nowhere to sit in the bar so we went outside only to be told that the area was closed so we went to bed Breakfast was disorganised though I had spoken to the kitchen about gluten free toast when it arrived it the bread hadn t been toasted and the waiter suggested we put it in the ordinary toaster When we checked out the receptionist didn t even ask if we had had a good stay Definitely won t be coming back

We paid for an upgrade We have stayed here before a few years ago and chose to return to celebrate our anniversary it may have been a nice gesture to have been given this complementary or maybe to have waived the car parking charge

The location was fab enjoyed waking to the riverside Staff were lovely

The bathroom was too small
