The hotel is immaculately presented The staff are friendly and polite The rooms are comfortable and have all the latest gadgets Highly recommend

My only complaint and I am struggling to find one the bath towels could be bigger

Having to provide 2 proof of ID as well as taking a 25 deposit on top of already paid for room cleaner on stilts upstairs banging around in the morning

The bed was definitely extra comfy slept like a baby The staff was friendly and helpful The printing center was also very convenient

There was nothing in the mini fridge It was empty I would have liked to have had the option of drinking eating something later in the evening before going to bed without having to call room service

in spite of the environmental friendly policy our towels were exchanged on the 2nd day although we had not dropped them on the floor which is an unnecessary waste of resources

A great location very central Welcoming helpful staff we had a room on the first floor which meant only one flight of stairs and the manager carried our bags for my daughter and I The room was small and along with the bathroom is somewhat dated with dark furniture but it was quite acceptable The fan was welcome as it was hot when we stayed This hotel is very good value for money which is its best asset just a few minute s walk from Oxford Street Marble Arch and Marylebone Road Recommended

The essential net curtains and carpet weren t the cleanest
