Great location Proficient and helpful staff Smart luxurious room and bathroom Nespresso machine

Room was warm and aircon noisy but still a great Hotel and will certainly consider next time too

Secure hotel with very friendly staff and was very quiet at night Also excellent location for access to Earls Court station shops restaurants etc Kitchenette meant we could prepare our own basic breakfast cereal milk 5 pounds for a 3 night stay

Although kitchenette was well set up we had to ask for dishwashing liquid and a towel and then discovered that there was no sink plug Our main issue was with the shower It started cold for about five minutes with good pressure and then decided to provide some heat at a lower pressure We did end up having a reasonable shower and so not a reason not to stay here

Amazing hotel Very luxurious and quiet even though it is right in the heart of Soho I wouldn t stay anywhere else in London again

The hotel manager Natasha went out of her way to resolve some minor problems with the room which were due to the hotel having only just opened If the prices can be kept reasonable this will be a real find

The kitchenette would have been great if we had been staying longer but for overnight all you really need is a kettle Nice bathroom

Disappointed there was no cooked breakfast Don t eat carbs so had nothing Problems getting the TV to work though staff helpful

Very friendly and helpful It s very calm and queit place If I visit London later I will stay there again

nothing but only the blanket It wasn t cozy

Fab location

The staff is friendly helpful and customer focused The room was immaculately cleaned every day

The staff were very helpful with information about good restaurants and for breakfast and even provided us with a printed map of a place a little away from the normal tourist places

Not sure whether anything is being done about the building next to the Nadler but it does detract and there was a lot of building work going on along the main street

The staff are extraordinary Justina at the front desk is a sweetheart

The pillows were a little too hard for my liking
