Location and wonderful staff

Room wS small for price

We were offered an upgrade to a junior suite which was unexpected and very welcome The room was beautifully appointed and spacious Extremely comfortable bed and bedding Excellent bathroom and facilities Fabulous location across the street from South Kensington station and many cafes and shops

Nothing not to like

Highly recommend this hotel The staff were truly wonderful Friendly helpful and courteous

Location was great Ambience at the hotel is nice townhouse character Staff was friendly Lots of breakfast places close by Underground close by

bed sheets as we had those ugly brown blankets you usually see in motels or in the US For this price I would expect a proper feather duvet

Wonderful room very comfortable beds Perfect for families close to museums and the Underground Great food

A tea kettle on the room would be fine

Good location nice view friendly staff clean room comfortable bed

noise from outside and tubes but not really a problem

Nice big bed good meals all round

The bathroom was a bit small

After a small problem with curtains in our room we were upgraded to a suite when the problem could not be fixed that day

Concierge housekeeping and location

The rooms were quiet small compared to the price you re paying But all in all it was fine

Very well located just opposite the South Kensington tube station very friendly and helpful staff

The carpet in my room would benefit from a change
