Charming with a great location The staff was considerate and helpful The room was predictably small and facing the street but the beds were comfortable and quality windows kept street noise outside Loved the library and sitting room online pictures didn t lie

Spacious triple suite very quaint

It was really hot overnight hard to open the velux window upstairs No tea making facilities in the room although a lovely cup of tea did arrive when ordered

I liked the d cor room was quite spacious we were on the 3rd floor at the front of the hotel it was quiet The bed linen was lovely bed was huge Lots of restaurants in area

No tea or coffee in room the TV had very bad reception rang the front desk a couple of times but there was nothing they could do couldn t even get BBC London The shower was a bit difficult to get temperature right

Very central location which makes it easy to go anywhere around in London Very nice and caring staff and a great restaurant if you feel like having a break while visiting London

The staff at reception were very welcoming and friendly

Nothing a lovely hotel and pleasant stay overall
