The architect-owner of this 15-bedroomed country property is justly proud of his work. From the ruins of the old farmhouse and stables he has rebuilt the 2 buildings with the utmost care and attention to detail so that they are now immaculate. The property is located in southern Umbria amongst cultivated fields, woods, a stream at one end of the grounds and with beautiful uninterrupted views over to the classic hilltop village of Visciano, and offers the perfect spot for a tranquil holiday. The 2 buildings are made up of the 2-storey Farmhouse and the ground floor Stables. Parking is available for those arriving by car.

The accommodation on the ground floor is ideal for up to 10 people and offers a sitting/dining room with an open fireplace, a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven and a dishwasher. It is also equipped with a storage room with a washing machine, a shower room with WC, a second sitting room with a double sofa bed and stairway and a double room with an en suite bathroom and a WC. The first floor comes with 2 double rooms with en suite bathrooms and a WC and a twin room with an en suite shower room and WC. The ground floor stables accommodation is suitable for either 8 people or up to 18 people on the ground floor, and offers a double room with an en suite bathroom and a WC, a twin room with an en suite shower room and a WC and a double room with an en suite shower room and WC. It also has a sitting room with a sofa bed, a kitchen/dining room with a hob, an oven, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher and a WC with a washing machine.
