Hotel location it can reached easily by public transport or car Breakfast with wide choice of food in good quality Nice bar area with nice staff Room size good bathroom clean and well equipped

The breakfast room was only opened for a half of its space in the morning many people eating breakfast at the same time but without enough space made it not feeling comfortable It was almost not possible to find a table with sufficient space for eating

Executive room was very spacious clean and comfortable staff was very attentive and pleasant

Breakfast can be a little hectic with large tour groups there all at once

It is a beautiful place with fantastic service

The staff were friendly and welcoming especially Lisa Everything we needed was provided I would stay here again The hotel is very grand and impressive

We choose Superior room It was really huge and awesome 4 meters in hight and neary 40 sq m of luxury Soft drinks for free Schonbrunn palace is 10 min walk Metro 3 min walk Hotel is really splendid

Parking for 1 5 days costed 50 EURO Seems too expensive though it depends

Room was palatial beautiful and elegant extremely clean modern yet full of character By far the best hotel room I have stayed in Absolutely fantastic
