The room was ideal

The Breakfast was poor for the cost Staff did not seem to receptive and request were more of a burden than anything else

Computers are not working in business center

Staff are great I would stay again The lady who checked me in I think her name was Mirvana she was very professional

No gym

The staff were very friendly showed us to our room and all the features which was a lovely touch Beautiful rooms and decor Kitchen was excellent Location is perfect 2 minutes from Buckingham palace

Very helpful staff will to assist guests in any way possible

The location is right in the heart of Amsterdam

I spent a total of 9 days on the road in northern Europe and of all the hotels I stayed at the Park Plaza was by far the most expensive but the room and hotel amenities were the worst of all my stays The location is great but the hotel is under construction and still charging beyond premium prices Small room and small bathroom The bed was uncomfortable and to get to the fitness area required a trip down the elevator across the lobby up an elevator across a hallway and then back down another elevator Overall I would recommend looking elsewhere

Location is perfect in central London Only 10minutes away from the palace and Big Ben About 15min walk to London eye Beautiful central location
