The Buenavista apartments feature a private balcony and flat-screen TV with national and international channels. The kitchenette includes a ceramic hob, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Air conditioning is available in summer, and central heating in winter.

Guests also have access to indoor pools and a hot tub.

The property has a caf where you can enjoy live shows, and there is a garden with free loungers. There is also an on-site minimarket, as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

Terra Mtica Theme Park is a 15-minute drive from the Buenavista apartments. You can drive to Alicante Airport in 40 minutes. Free parking is available, subject to availability. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that pets are not allowed in the property.

Please note that the gym and the sauna are closed until further notice.

For stays of 14 days or more, the apartments are cleaned and the sheets are changed once a week.

Please note that free parking is limited to 1 car per apartment.
