Excellent location and value for money Clean nicely decorated very well run Very friendly helpful staff This is not a luxury hotel rather a terrific mid market one for travelers who live by my motto Champaign living on a beer budget I would definitely make this my go to hotel in Vienna

We stayed in the economy section of the hotel Good location decent price for the quality

There was a bit smoky scent in the bathroom probably some previous tenant was smoking in the bathroom

Airport shuttle was great and staff responses to questions and requests were very helpful

A faster elevator would be nice but stairs worked fine as an alternate choice

Lift out of order for 1 month and no efforts made to fix it Rooms appear a bit run down although everything works but no safes in every room

Great welcome really helpful and friendly staff and brilliant location Free punch and mini cakes at 6pm in the lounge was a bonus

The staff at the property were all very friendly and helpful The museums galleries architecture and the history of Vienna is exceptional The Naschmarkt is a great place to visit for delicious food it s amazing over a 100 stalls and the beautiful architectural old buildings surrounding it Hundert Waser Haus is a worthy place to see too

Perfect location at 18 mins by tram to the city centre Free mini bar refilled with water and beer every day Incredibly kind and helpful staff
