Staffs are extremely helpful and friendly

This hotel is exactly how they ve described it great value for money with lovely cosy clean rooms I really value customer service and I received excellent service from the staff particularly the front office manager Ana Cazacu who was very courteous welcoming and assisted promptly with any issues I had Very good restaurant attached to it too It is definitely my first choice hotel in North West London

The welcome was outstanding as was the service provided by absolutely every member of staff The Hotel is beautiful and reflects everything that is wonderful about Paris I came with my daughter for a relaxing time with no stress from anything and that is exactly what we had The food and drinks available were presented so very well and the quality of same was first class All of the facilities were amazing I cannot rate the Hotel or it s staff highly enough and I cannot wait to return neither can my daughter We love the Fiour Seasons

Good Location as close to Wembley stadium and once all the teething problem and possible staff changes are made it should be a good hotel Nice Boutique style rooms with swish furniture and fixing Bathrooms good

Stayed here about 2 months after the hotel opened Hotel had major teething problems Had to change room 3 times due to electrical problems lights flashing on and off and unable to stop Bathroom TV etc not working when I stayed Fire alarms kept going off for over 1 hour with no warning that it was a drill until after they had stopped Poor choice on continental breakfast only coco pops as cereal when I stayed finally offered cooked breakfast as choice was so poor Reception staff apathetic and quite curt took ages to check in and try and sort out problems experience with no apology for the inconvenience caused Stated no manager on duty to sort out Check in incomplete as staff on duty didn t give information or code required for wifi access Rooms would benefit from an information book explaining how bathroom TV should operated and facilities etc Some rooms very noisy from outside traffic for a new building double glazing is poor

We had twin beds and they were a little on the small side
