The customer service here was amazing Everyone was very kind and helpful

The bathroom had a tiny bit of mould dirt in the shower but besides that the place was really clean

Easy walk to Paddington and tube stations Quiet street Staff very friendly and helpful Rooms are recently renovated very comfortable and clean

A bit out of the way for major tourist sites but is excellent value Limited food options at the hotel but several good options within short walk

Excellent location with friendly staff The kitchenette was an added bonus

That they were more than happy to accommodate all five of us in one room The kitchenette was a great asset especially with having children

the bed is very comfortable and the kitchen bar is great

Small room at the top of a vertiginous series of staircases Not really an apartment more a hotel room with a kitchenette in a cupboard I should have paid more for a bigger better room
