good breakfast

when I checked in as a single female guest I was offered a ground floor room configured for disabled guest had to ask for a different room why was that

A close walking distance to the city center within 20 mins a local market round the corner a very helpful and friendly staff at the reception a rich breakfast replenished all the time A clean and very well maintained facility with a pool on the roof

Value for money ratio might be better A bit softer mattresses than usual A double bed consisting of two single beds not sticking to each other A bit noisy street at nights

We loved the assistance we received from the man at reception He assisted us when we arrived and he assisted with a boat transfer for our stay at LaGare n Venezia Very kind and patient Nothing was too much trouble for him

Breakfast buffet was excelent Staff was serviciable

It s and old hotel that seems a little bit messy The furniture in the room is not properly maintained

Everything from location to breakfast from room to the facilities

Pool on the roof though we never got time to use it Location was great Clean and fresh rooms Front desk staff were always helpful and greeted every time possible

There was no do not disturb door hanger so the cleaner woke us up at 9 We got one from the reception afterwards The elevator didn t go up when taking it from the room floor only from the ground floor So when wanting to go to the pool on the 8th we had to take the stairs We could take the elevator down from there though

Great facilities within the room and the hotel as a whole Loved that I had a desk a full length mirror bath and shower The breakfast was amazing I loved that they had a baggage store and they even had a computer and printer so I could print my boarding pass for the return journey

Breakfast is superb Staff is very nice

Room facing rear of hotel very good and quite late at night

Room walls thin for next room noise and air conditioning not very good A request notice to keep noise down late would help
