Staff were great

Very tired and shabby desperately needs some spending on it

Absolutely love this hotel staff are so friendly very close to the sights centre of city We loved it

Loved the fact the room had an espresso machine with complimentary coffee pods Heineken replenished daily Great location just a short walk from the action of Leidserplein without the noise

Getting ready in the dark The lighting in the room was pretty abismall

General atmosphere of the hotel is very good including the location

This was my second time at the Park This this I was allotted a room which was tiny with the wash basin in the room itself The bath WC were two small glass cubicles which spilled water inside the room after each shower

The bed was so comfortable and the AC was nice and cold after a long day of walking

Staff were very friendly and helpful Rooms very clean with very comfortable bed Nice breakfast In a good location

More of a variety at breakfast but what we had was very nice

Great location in Born many restaurants and places to drink on walking distant Within 20 minutes walk you are on the beach or at the Rambla Rooftopbar and pool are the best Room 102 is comfortable and clean with a good shower and soft matras fine for us Great place to stay highly recommend this and stay away from hotels near the ramblas

Our room was ready however checking in at 13 00 was only possible by paying EUR 25 For two hours before regular check in time I have never been asked to pay When at the lobby I heard that another couple was asked to pay EUR 15 for early check in What Decided not to make any trouble with Javier from the reception but this is defnitately NOT customer friendly and not accetable don t do this anymore

We had a junior suite It was luxurious and we enjoyed the free mini bar and lounge bar facilities The pillow rating was a great idea Breakfast was amazing

Two of our group stayed in a room opposite ours Unfortunately this backed onto a music centre or disco the music could be heard booming ALL night The reception staff were very helpful by swapping rooms the next night

Fantastic stay The hotel staff was extremely helpful they addressed any requests I had big or small It is very well located clean has modern facilities and a great breakfast spread By far one of the best hotels in Vienna
