From October to March (every year): Monday: 12:00 - 16:00 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 10:00 - 14:00 Friday: 10:00 - 16:00 Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays reception is closed.

Outside these hours, guests can collect the key from the hotels key box in the hotels section E. The access code can be requested from the accommodation in advance and requires a valid credit card or pre-paid stay.
