Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The maximum car height for the parking lot is 2 metres.

Please note this property pre-authorizes credit cards left on guarantee, this is not a charge/deposit but only a hold or also known as a preauthorization. The credit card entity may reflect it as such (charge/deposit). In the event of a cancellation without penalty, the pre-authorization will be released in accordance with the procedures established by the credit card issuing entity. If the reservation is effective, the pre-authorization will be released also in accordance with the procedures established by the credit card issuing entity.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger wont be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
