The hotel is located in the centre of Balnerio Cambori. It is 10 km from Itaja, 14 km from Itapema, 25 km from Porto Belo, 35 km from Bombinhas, 40 km from Brusque, 58 km from Blumenau, 80 km from Florianopolis, 90 km from Joinville and 239 km from Curitiba. Links to public transport and the beach are within easy walking distance.

Renovated in 2009, the hotel is the only four-star establishment in the centre. 24-hour services include the reception, check-out and room services and luggage storage and hold service. The hotel offers a car park and garage with valet service. Guests should contact the reception for luggage assistance, to connect to the high-speed WLAN Internet access and for the wake up service. The air-conditioned hotel comprises 80 guestrooms and offers guests a lobby, hotel safe, cloakroom, lift access, TV lounge, restaurant, conference facilities and laundry service.

The rooms with classic dcor have air conditioning, individually regulated heating, cable TV, minibar, safe, telephone, clock radio, hairdryer, free Internet and tiled floors. Furthermore, all rooms are en suite and appointed with shower, double bed and a balcony or terrace.

Breakfast is served Monday to Friday, from 6:30 am to 10 am in the restaurant. Lunch and dinner may be selected la carte, whilst set menus are also on offer at dinner.
