Beds and layout of room Location

Bathroom smelt really bad and even though a member of staff provided us with some air freshener it didn t permanently cover it Breakfast was disappointing with no hot food and only instant coffee out of machine

Friendly helpful reception staff Lovely room with good facilities Excellent location quiet street off Euston Road

staff eating breakfast on arrival to dining room then returning untouched bread items from their plates back to the breakfast buffet

Great location next to St Pancras reaaly neat if you need to catch a Eurostar or arriving late in London

Bad soundproofing our neighboord waking up woke us up Our room was below the reception next to a courtyardso no natural light and there was no option to open the window so no fresh air

Staff friendly and room was clean Location excellent

Suite 6 is extremely tiny Could just about walk around the bed and we re not big people Various lights and bathroom fan did not work

Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Damp room with a clear smell of mildew mind you my room was in the basement but otherwise it was clean Very thin walls and the internet was spotty I had some uncommonly loud neighbors that broke the rules and smoked in the hallways who did not make the stay restful but I cannot blame that on the hotel

The night shift receptionist guy is very nice and helpful The location is very good just 3 mins walk from King Cross St Pancras The room is clearn with small kitchen top a sofa and comfortable bed

Thought it was a horrible room as it was below street level so no windows Also thought advertised picture of room accommodation misleading as picture was really of the breakfast area No microwave even though this was an advertised part of the accommodation They were unable to provide a microwave which meant the kitchenette was not very useful The price of the accommodation was a bit expensive

Nice rooms ok breakfast No luxury but very Nice Palace We will come back

Nice friendly staff great location high level of cleanliness and enjoyed the mini kitchen facility in the room which was really handy to have Liked all the little touches that made the room feel like a home several windows curtains light and space good TV

I was on the Ground Floor and could hear people coming in and out and talking throughout the night and early morning it was disturbing Also the lock on the room door didnt feel secure
