This hotel is situated in the heart of Sicily, only a few metres from the town and tourist centre, with its numerous shops, restaurants, and bars, and only some 400 m from a beautiful sandy beach. It is only approximately 30 km from the hotel in Termini Imerese to the fascinating historical centre of Palermo, which presents a combination of transport chaos, gridlocked traffic, dreamy gardens and historical palazzi. The nearest access to public transport, the bus stop and train station are roughly 1 km away and Palermo airport is about 70 km from the hotel.

This modern, air-conditioned hotel was built in the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2001. It comprises a total of 70, rooms, of which 6 are elegant suites, spread over 6 floors. There is a spacious lobby with lifts, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, and a 24-hour reception. Further facilities include a TV room, a dining room, a hairdressing salon, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant, where guests can sample Italian specialities. Rooms are available for conferences and meetings. Guests may also make use of the in-house laundry and room services for an added fee.
