Hottererhof

Quietly located on a hillside, Hottererhof is a 2-minute drive from the centre of Gerlos, next to the private ski lift, which can be used for free by children up to 11 years, and 650 metres from the Isserkogelbahn Cable Car. It offers WiFi in all areas and accommodation units with a flat-screen cable TV. During winter, the property is directly accessible from the ski slopes.

Some units feature a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. The apartments are fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, terrace or a balcony.

A garden with deck chairs and a playground surrounds the property. Hottererhofs owner also runs the Zwergerlwasser Adventure Park, located at the Rssl Alm Alpine Pasture, 4.5 km away. It is a location for a wide range of events like bread-making courses, weddings, birthdays and over events.

The Hottererhof also comes with its own ski storage room and a ski boot dryer. Cross-country skiing trails are within a 3-minute walk. Guests can rent e-bikes upon a surcharge.

Restaurants and shops are within 100 metres. Lake Durlassboden is a 5-minute drive away and Zell am Ziller is 17 km from Hottererhof. You can park your car free of charge on site.

Guests can book reduced courses at the owners Winitersportschule Gerlos Ski and Snowboard School. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
