Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Please inform Mariscal I - Fincas Arena in advance of your expected arrival time. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Fri 16 Sept 2022 until Thu 15 Jun 2023 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, the seasonal outdoor pool is open from 15 June until 15 September.
