Small well located and recently renovated hotel Simple facilities

The so called breakfast concists exclusively of cereals long lasting fabric bakery and plastic wrapped cheese and marmelade All is ok but the personal touch lacks completely Even the avilable eggs are green coocked I would suggest to invest a little bit more to this part of the service This is not about costs rather it is about interests and skills

The bed was comfy Staff really helpful Good shower

Room or suite as they called it was the smallest we have ever been in especially for twin beds Not big enough for a chair and table and nothing like the photo online Had to climb over one bed to get to the other bed and dressing table No aircon in room and not safe to leave window open Fridge was only cold enough to cool drinks Breakfast was adequate but could have some variety

The fact that it had facilities for eating in if you wanted a take away it was modern and spacious

The bathroom had draining issues slight water coming up though the tiles I believe they are trying to fix but would have liked to be advised on check in When I told the front desk staff he said I know

I booked and paid for this for my daughter and her boyfriend When they arrived they were made to pay again as they would not accept the email I had sent her Disgusted that my daughter was put through quite a lot of stress the whole point of me paying in advance was so that she wouldn t have to

It should not claimed for a 4 star hotel It cannot meet 4 star hotel standard Our rooms are too small and located in basement where no fresh air in and 2nd room no air conditioning Price is 4 star but hotel is 3 star standard

Hotel is 3 star standard but room rates are 4 start price OVRRPRICE

The WiFi was not working properly at all And had to go to office in the night to take a video call

Extra sink fridge in room microwave and tea and coffee facilities

Room was quite small and bathroom was very small but shower was a decent size The bed was a double and not very comfortable didn t sleep that well for all of the 3 nights
