Friendly staff good night s sleep close to tube and the railway station
A perfect location for an early morning Eurostar train Reasonable value in comparison to others in the area and a excellent suite on offer for 3 to 4 friends to stay
Poor English both written email exchange and on the phone from receptionist made the booking process changing details due to booking on behalf of someone as a surprise very challenging All sorted in the end but took far too much time to overcome a simple issue Paid for breakfast but train too early and no alternative
We enjoyed staying here and would reccommend it to anyone wanting to stay in central London without a car

Neither TV worked properly due to weak signal in our basement suite
Clean room with good amenities such as micro wave and fridge shower was hot and breakfast with the room was good Would stay there again

The location and despite being so close to Euston Road and Kings Cross St Pancras International Railway stations it was so quiet and I felt very safe The suite was very light and airy I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others
I wish there had been some guidance about where plates mugs etc could be found and how the microwave operated Usually in hotel rooms there is a brochure which summarises the facilities provided
