Great location very friendly warm and comfortable rooms altogether a nice place to stay

Christmas lunch was a little bit disappointing as the starters had all gone by the time we got there at 1 o clock and they weren t refreshed until after we had nearly finished our main courses We should have said something I suppose but we didn t want to spoil a great day by complaining

Everything This place was mind blowing Such a beautiful hotel with amazing rooms You won t be disappointed Even the smoking area for cigarette is peaceful and well designed Nothing has been left out here I would advise booking this place on a deal as it s worth the money

The food menu was a bit expensive I will always pay good money for food but there is a limit to how much any sandwich should cost 17 18 is robbery even though the sandwich was very tasty

This hotel I have stayed before Basically for the location and also the facilities It has a wonderful breakfast staff are outstanding in kindness and help Will stay here again

Not very welcoming and unable to advise of check in time despite being confirmed we could check in early

Amazing location tram stops a 2 minute walk away so easy access to the rest of the city Also super comfy bed

Big rooms and a clean barthroom Free mini bar in the room also

My room looked dated smelled really old or something spoiled It was really hot in the room the ar conditioner could not help the sun comes through the window and the room keeps really hot The elevator is another issue in a few times we had to climb 4 stories to reach our room

The location of the hotel was perfect as I had planned museum visits

no fault of the hotel but very noisy neighbour until around 3am
