Just on the door step of Victoria train station and so Victoria tube station was really appreciated as it was a really rainy day Perfect location as the purpose of my visit was a night at the Victoria Palace theater literally 2 min walk from the hotel Quick check in check out Modern and clean hotel Spacious room Good value for your money
Very nice and comfortable room The bed was so comfy Very clean and tidy Welcoming staff and great location
Not the hotels fault but the fire alarm went off at 2am and we had to evacuate the building We were quickly allowed back in once it has been confirmed it was a false alarm We had a letter of apology and a explanation drunk person breaks alarm cases was my reading of it

Location was excellent Even though it is just off a busy street you can t hear any noise on a night
No Air Con had a fan in the room but rooms were hot
we got 2 twin beds so small they can fit a child The first night was terriable barely slept in these small bed The second night they arrange the sheet that the two twin beds connected to one Even thohgt the beds are very un comfy the balnket are uncomfly as well very bad experince for 5 stars I don t know how they got 5 starts he breakfast are very dull as well Above all they couldn t fix the heater it was extermely hot in the room

Bar could have been more separate from the dining area however it was a pleasant area to relax in View from room was Victoria station not particularly attractive However we were not disturbed by noise from the station
we booked the hotel thru booking com we aksed for Queen Bed they gave us seperate single beds we informed asked re requested the management not one move we passed 6 nights not comfortabl e we are visiting amsterdam since 20 years it did never happen room cleaning was very poor every time the cleaning servicde men forget to replce towle makeup tea cofee box bed sheet and toiler papers we shall never book this hotel again
