Swimming pool is closed from Mon 16 Sept 2019 until Sun 31 May 2020 This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let Residence Le Olivette know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.

Please note, a security deposit of 150 EUR is payable at check-in. It is refunded at the end of your stay, provided there is no damage to the apartment.
