Easy train trip to Duomo and easy walk to Centrale railway station

A relatively new chique hotel with comfortable bedrooms and welcoming staff could do with a bar but breakfast was tasty Overall good experience

Staff not helpful as i requested to change my room on first day because it located in the ground floor next to main road and was very noisy and not comfortable but they just ignore me I requested also to clean my room every day before 1 0 PM also they ignore my requisite TV channels not working and i did ask front desk to fix it but once again they ignore me beside all that 5 star hotel without Air conditions was surprise for me frankly overall experience was very disappointed and not worth payment for 5 star

Nice rooms great location nearby train subway station but also walking distance to centre

The shower was leaking so that was a bit uncomfortable

It smelted not very fresh in the toilet part of the barthroom Bellboy offered us a car to the airport which was 15 Euro mor expensive than a regular taxi I do believe that room upgrade if offered by hotel should not cost anything for the guest

Location was brilliant staff were friendly and helpful and the room was impeccable

The payment method wasnt great They authorised my credit card for full payment plus 75 per night for extras that we didnt use spend At check out they then released the funds from the bank which can take up to 72 hours and charged my card for the cost of the room again which my card company declined and also put a fraud alert on the card disabling it
