Excellent location out of the busiest tourist tracks of the city Each room has fantastic personality I was lucky to stay in the Louis Vuitton room on the top floor which afforded unbeatable views of the Sacre Couer Service all exceedingly friendly Breakfast is provided but Montmartre has so many colourful little cafes that I much preferred to eat at a new place every morning Spa bath was a lovely touch

For those travelling with children or prefer not to walk Villa Royale might not be the best choice The hotel itself is refined but surrounded by the usual Pigalle sex shops and nightclubs Further the walk to the hotel is slightly uphill so may be challenging for those with mobility problems Otherwise absolutely outstanding

the area is splendid the hotel small but a very personel reception

A bit a minus is that a lot of Leisure questions could not be answered by the desk

Bathroom Shower had no rim on floor water spread throughout bath when showering Toilet was right in front of shower and your feet would get wet when you needed to use it Staff did not have the initiative that you would expect of a 4star hotel They would respond when asked though

Front desk management and staff were excellent

Breakfast staff were terrible

Very stylish hotel good area metro nearby walkable to Champs Elysee etc Warm welcome Davide is exceptionally capable chap very helpful and professional Pool area is luxurious endless pool is a great idea

The hotel checked us into the wrong category room which was disappointing Davide did an outstanding job the next day to rectify Standard room has very small bathroom Deluxe is good Some of the other staff appeared to have egos that weren t backed up by their performance Pool is beautiful but in reality tiny
