We were expecting a room with a view No paper in the morning Room was set u for 2 single beds when we requested a double room Internet I had to pay for and then get a credit took 8 hours to get the bags bought up to our room Not much selection for breakfast for the executive suite which we had

We had to change the rooms three times due to smell dirt and quality Rooms were disgustingly dirty the house keeping wouldn t clean properly you d just find the bed sheets done that s it the lobby was always full of creeps the quality of people staying there with kids running all over the atrium The concierge would take hours to send our bags to the room after shopping
