The location was right next to a metro station which was great The concierge staff were amazing charming French gentlemen who went to great lengths to assist and did so with good humour and generosity They were a joy to talk to and where able to help with the simple requests that seemed to be beyond the will of the reception staff to assist with

The reception staff were abrupt unsmiling and unhelpful You were just waiting for the young lady to say computer says NO The breakfast buffet was very ordinary which is unsurprising as it is not the French way to have a cooked breakfast You are far better off just grabbing a croissant at a local boulangerie

I was attending a conference at the Philharmonie so this hotel was perfectly located for convenience to that event while also being moments away from the Metro so Paris was easily accessible The roof top restaurant had a stunning view of the city and the breakfast there had a wide selection of delicious food The staff were friendly and helpful ready to assist with any problems immediately My room was beautiful great comfortable beds with plenty of space to hang up my clothes a desk space to work at and a great TV Best of all a long bathtub and an infinite supply of hot water to soak in after each days activities I highly recommend it

The bedrooms have horrible little paper cups for hot beverages poor quality so your fingers get burned and you can only have little drinks of tea There is also only a supply of tea coffee I would have liked to also have herbal teas available in my room

1 I have to wait until 3 30 to ckeck in 2 They wet my luggage when i was waithing for the room 3 I paid the room 2 months ahead and they want 100 cash guarantee and if you don t want to give them the money they will not give you a room It s a polity that it wasnt told on booking

Always stayed in this hotel every time I travel to Paris Is defenitely my first and only choice

The price are bit unsteady

Metro station is just around the corner Several places to eat on the other side of the street The bathroom was very freshly renovated you could still smell the paint a bit

Decent breakfast menu but spread out over 3 tables across the room so involved a lot of back and forth It s a rather remote part of Paris so only stay there if you really need to be in that area Internet access wasn t mentioned on checkin or anywhere in the papers in the room Had to ask at reception Why do hotels still have minibars

Staff really nice Location is awesome Breakfast is very good Spas and Gym are great

the location was absolutely perfect you had all the good restaurants around you and shops

the breakfast choices was a shock for me very poor buffet and the same food for 6 days
