The first room which was called superior on my reservation with an offer turned out to have a wall and windows facing our window on all sides We moved to another room with a view after paying an extra fee But it was worth the move

The evening restaurant staff was the worst I have ever experienced in Europe The evening of Sept 1 2016 the first night of our arrival we ate at the hotel restaurant The food was decent we had 3 fish dishes but the waitresses were lazy forgetful and did not bring us bread despite repeated reminders until we were served the main course They forgot to bring the butter and despite repeated reminders they finally brought the butter by that time we had already finished our meal and lost all appetite The saddest part was that the restaurant was not even busy it was empty or 3 4 tables remaining 2 waitresses working It was clear that they do not care about their jobs This slaos explain why on a Thursday night the hotel restaurant was close to empty at about 10 p m No wonder France is in a decline I will never stay at this hotel again Lastly the carpeting in our hotel room looks dirty For an alleged 3 4 star hotel it only has paper cups in the room not even glass

There were no croissants for breakfast considering this is France

There was not enough english tv channels There was only BBC news available You have to pay to watch movies

Very nice hotel luxury and romantic nice location and great staff

The air condition was faulty and the room was so hot

Staff were friendly and helpful Location was superb for all the classic tourist sites and great restaurants close by

Location Historic property Beautiful Courtyard

No central airconditioning but had a portable unit which Made it tolerable But room opened onto courtyard so we were able to open windows at night My first glass of champagne at hotel lounge was flat
