This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please notify the property of your expected arrival time by 19:00 on the day of arrival if you are to arrive after midnight.

A deposit is required for incidentals in case the guest is travelling with a pet. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the persons ID and credit card.
