Novotel London Wembley

I used this hotel for the Springsteen concert at Wembley and the location was perfect

The location of the hotel was perfect Was seeing Disney on ice at the O2 which was within walking distance Plenty of shops and restaurants near by

The rooms carpet could have been cleaner There were a few stains on the carpet which were quite large and looked as though they had been tried to be covered with the table

bed was very comfy breakfast was also very nice would stay again

Location was excellent We saw a concert at the Arena It took 5 minutes from our seat to the hotel Lovely staff Clean modern room

The smoke detector in the room flashed every 20 seconds This was very bright when the room was in darkness

Food menu is restricted The breakfast buffet is heated too strongly from above and dries the food out Hot drinks are frequently tepid Aggressive money recovery inflexibility even though I am a proven regular customer

It was in the middle of no where no experience of London No help not friendly

Room was not ready until 5pm when we should have been able to check in at 2pm Severely understaffed in all areas The hotel was not able to deal with being fully booked Only 3 bar staff on Had to wait nearly 25 minutes to be seated for breakfast We were let into the room when housekeeping were still cleaning and were no where near finished 5pm to get into clean room is not acceptable
