Les Staff is really nice and helpfull Very good place

Location is incredibly convenient to tube and an easy walk to Thames and Parliament

Toilet and shower shared one door One or the other could be closed private at a time but not both

Exceptionally friendly staff who really went out of their way to be helpful an excellent breakfast and very good value for what we paid Because of distance from centre position by very busy road I rate position as good rather than excellent but it is very conveniently positioned just outside exit 4 from Hanger Lane subway and tube station directly on the central line

We enjoyed the fitness centre which is well equipped but would have preferred to have been warned in advance that it was temporarily not open between 8 00 and 18 00 because of renovations we altered our plans but it was the cause of a little unnecessary disappointment

We booked a studio with a double and sofa bed The sofa bed is so bad I literally went to a e with severe neck pain Do not sleep on the sofa bed Also very surprised that no Ow came to clean the room until 6 pm We had been out since 8am

Always feel very special at the hotel The room decor is superb and the location us just perfect

Location wise but lack of car parking

Too expensive for the quality and comfort not different to premier Inn rather go to premier Inn instead

Good location near a conference and restaurants staff were friendly and helpful clean

Facilities were a little old water pooling on bathroom floor from some unknown origin temp control didn t work well
