The bed was really comfy and the location was excellent The hotel is looking really good after the recent refurbishment I didn t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on food I also didn t get a chance to use the pool or gym but I would definitely like to return and give them a try

having decided to take an executive club room we appreciated being upgraded and the facilities that were afforded were excellent particularly the club lounge The location for the RAH and museums was perfect The staff were very helpful and efficient

Have stayed previously and room was excellent This time it was far too hot even after the maintenance had attended Had to keep curtains closed as air con couldn t keep the room at normal temp

Great staff and atmosphere Extra kids activities over Easter were a bonus nice touch

Our view was the back yards of a row of house on the back side of the hotel We got the furthest room from the elevators and no help was available to take our luggage Close to a variety of restaurants a block away Easy walk to them just past the major Royal Mail building

Room was very clean and well presented Breakfast was brilliant so much choice you can not fail to find something you like and if not the staff will endeavour to get it for you Easy to get to on Central Line underground Use subway 4 out of Hanger Lane station and you are right on the hotel So easy
