Good price for money considering the hotel prices in Amsterdam walking distance from the Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station comfortable bedroom

The check in and check out is all automated which decreases the contact with the staff Even though there was a mini bar no beverages were available

Every single moment was magical Five star rating in our eyes

We had to leave for the next leg of our journey

The room was rather spacious clean well kept Everything was nice and ok Price very reasonable Will stay again probably

Location could be a bit better but I guess the room comfort size and price all make up for it they do

Very good location The staff is fantastic especially Kais hope I spelt that correctly We had maps and directions to nice places There s a laundromat conveniently located across the street Really nice eating places around Le Tambour food was delicious which was walking distance from the hotel There s a post office in the area The lighting in the room is dim so I guess it may sit well with some more than others There s two subways which are both walking distance 5mins

Hot water was off at some point during the night Bath tub might be too high for old people

breakfast is terrible worth of 1 star hotel at best

We were in this hotel over the New Year the superior comfort room is really nice and big The bed was big and very comfortable We were very satisfied also of the dinner buffet many choices and fresh food the money worth Two hours earlier checkin was also not a problem

The staff was not always very friendly which we did not expected it from a 4 stars hotel The hotel is unfortunately far away from the city centre it took about 20 25 min by tram Furthermore you have to change trams and wait sometimes 10 min for them Really annoying when you are there just for a short trip

The rooms are new clean the breakfast was excellent

The hotel was clean and the staff were welcoming most of the time

Some staff were quite miserable and unhelpful
