It s in a very convenient location especially if one needs Eurostar or lives on the Kings Cross or St Pancras train lines to or from London Staff were very friendly and helpful

Its very expensive for the basic level of comfort Poor breakfast I ve stayed in various cheaper hotels in London with a higher level of comfort and facilities

Everything in walking distance tube shops pub for food

Breakfast could have had more choices and free wi fi

Breakfast is not ok no ham or sausage provided

Bed too small Breakfast is not ok

The location was ideal as we had early trains from St Pancras

The noise from other rooms was very loud slamming doors until late at night Wifi price Most places offer it for free Decorators in corridors without warning meant it was hard to manoeuvre a large suitcase and small child and avoid the paint

Air con didn t work and they didnt bother to tell me until I had spent twenty minutes trying to get it to work Their response when asked how to make it work was Oh it s broken We called someone a few days ago No offer to switch rooms or do anything about it

Breakfast was brilliant Staff were fantastic friendly efficient We had a marvellous time

The beds were very comfy and clean the hotel was clean and the staff friendly

The shower was small and very tight and the toilet would not flush properly too much noise early in the morning suite 3 is outside the linen cupboard i think And for the price where was the cooked breakfast

Much nice than expected and much nicer than pictures showed Recently refurbished very clean large tv in each room Air con mini kitchen etc We had 3 room and the whole family were very pleased perfect stop over before taking eurostar 1 minute walk to St Pancras Kings Cross Very pleased

That we had to pay separately for the wifi 8 per room per night Think it would better if it was included in the price
