Location for what we were doing
In the modern day and what other hotels I normally stay in I don t expect to pay for wifi and swimming pool
The location was superb for visiting the city especcially the O2
The hotel needs refurbishment as it looks very tired My partner and I had a room with stains on the carpet and cob webs in the window
Everything I was appalled by he service and will be making a complaint to the hotel company about my stay
The mobile device was an excellent addition as was the fruit bowl at reception
Noisy room Bath plug not working room 202 Poor quality complimentary chocolate
Staff were quite rude and despite booking a room with window on the booking com website I got a room without windows
