Noisy I can hear people from upstairs walking and talking from next door

Staff friendly and room was clean Location excellent

Suite 6 is extremely tiny Could just about walk around the bed and we re not big people Various lights and bathroom fan did not work

My room was next to the reception Very poor noise isolation It was like having people talking in my room all the time I was woken up at 4 30 am by guests that wanted to check out

proximity to King s cross station

the room given was not the room booked the front office clerk was not helpful She told us to write and complain to the management if we are not happy about the room Breakfast was a continental breakfast not the expected cooked English breakfast

Stayed one night because it was a location close to the train station We came in from Paris and left for Heathrow the next morning The rooms and bathrooms are small The continental breakfast was good and convenient

Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating and the breakfast was very good

Very comfortable rooms with free internet and a free mobile cell phone which guests can use around the city I was very comfortable there and it was so convenient to Kings Cross St Pancras stations which have lifts and escalator access All staff were very helpful

The breakfast was beautifully presented but I would have liked a cooked breakfast eg scrambled eggs

The property has been entirely renovated very intelligently It looks good and is well thought out The staff is good humored and helpful We were in London to work at the British Library so the location was excellent Good transport around London available and he nearby Berkshire shopping center convenient for its large Waitrose and a good selection of inexpensive restaurants a 15 min walk away

It would have been nice to have some fresh fruit at breakfast Otherwise they were quite satisfying
