Comfortable and quiet room Polite and friendly staff

The location was fantastic and the staff very friendly and helpful Specially Victor

No hand tissues In the Room or bathroom

On arrival we were greated by the fantastic staff and given complementary drinks Then On check in we were upgraded to a balcony suite which was amazing Lovely room with nice facilities very comfortable coffee machine and lint chocolates topped up every day also It was my girlfriends birthday that weekend so when we came back after a lovely day out we were greated in our bedroom by a hand written letter from the hotel saying happy Birthday to her Along with that a bottle of bubbly and a chocolate cake too I was very impressed with the attention to detail the staff gave to everything It s a great hotel clean and comfortable with a fantastic location right in downtown Barcelona I will be back there

The location of the H10 Metropolitan is amazing Central to everything and outside there is a sidewalk with street cafe s and the most wonderful buzz We loved our stay The staff is so friendly and helpful

Very very special thanks to victor he was very friendly to help with everything from flamenko reservations to restaurant recommendations the hotel is a fantastic central location and its very near to place catalunya and las ramblas street Excellent customer service Airport shuttle is very close to hotel The room was modern comfortable and very clean towels and pillows are new a bottle of champagne and chocalate was biggest surprise when we arrived there bath is very nice and well decorated there are 2 bathrobes and shoes shampoos are very quality and more heating and cooling systems work very good wi fi is free and strong Elevator is very fast and corridors are very sexy with red ligths Television is LCD and many canals there hotel is very near to mc donalds KFC burger king and local restaurants i am sure best hotel at barcelona city I will definitely stay here again
