Amazing staff very hospitable and room very quiet

The staff were wonderful and like all hotels sometimes too busy but service was excellent

I was extremely annoyed that the bill did NOT add up yo the number of days times the rate displayed by booking com The rate changes as the week progresses WARNING

Location helpful staff and quietness The Second room was an upgrade and very spacious It had a bath The Aviary Restaurant on the top floor was first rate and good value compared with location

Requested twin beds but basic twin room too small with no space between beds Asked to change rooms and staff helpful but it spoilt first day as I got quite stressed The decor is very dark and masculine Black wood everywhere feels very 90s Only one comfy chair in room even in the more spacious upgrade You need a degree in electronics to work out how to switch the lights air con heating etc on and off Space age but impractical Towel hooks were placed too high for 6 footers and in second room although there was a towel rail it was positioned over the loo roll holder The TV wasn t working properly and they did not supply any body wash in the second room It had only been open a week or so and obviously there will be snagging but I had to clean surfaces in first room Spa needs additions like benches lockers and hooks Spa well appointed The staff were aware of all the niggles and I have been offered an upgrade if I stay again The staff did work very hard to rectify things

The bed was comfortable and clean

Bathroom could have been less noisy faucet noise

Very nice hotel tastefully decorated and clean Fantastic breakfast juice micro glasses should be replaced with normal ones Hotel is well connected and the staff is very kind and professional WiFi is very fast and the signal is stable throughout the whole hotel Deluxe rooms have their independent air condition that is capable of handling temperature within moments

Daily parking at hotel garage is 28 00 EUR which is kind of a lot

The location is perfect the rooms are a great size the staff friendly and helpful and the restaurant food is excellent

The location was great lobby area and bar very nice and staff very helpful

Quite expensive for what you get Tiny room smaller than the cruise cabin we just finished The entire room tilted yes tilted

Good location hotel looks great and the room is stylish and comfortable With polite and professional staff The view from the room was great with a balcony which would be lovely for a summer evening to unwind just before bed

Even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door we still had a maid knock on the door twice Once when we had only just walked into the room then before we had got out of bed in the morning
