The hotel was clean and concierge where helpful
It did not feel value for money We had to request WIFI to be made free which it was Breakfast was not included Empty water bottles in the room were not replaced as these are not complimentary Walls between the rooms are too thin and could here noisy neighbors To get a cup of coffee late in the evening was a challenge and had to put up with uncourteous staff at the bar I was told that I would have got a better deal if I had booked directly with the hotel rather than with a third party platform

Terrible place to stay me and my partner have never met such rude people Didn t feel welcome at any stage of our 4 night stay and it ruined our break as the hotel staff stressed us out constantly asking for money I wouldn t recommend it to anybody

the pillows too soft I am a room in a higher floor but the provided me in the 1st floor I miss the view of the Hyde park which I bay for it
Excellent hotel Very clean and comfortable we stayed in an executive room and it was lovely The reception staff were most helpful as was the restaurant staff though we only had breakfast which was delicious If we were going back to Amsterdam we would definitely stay here because of the above and because it is not far by tram to get where you want to be Tram is the mode of transport to take taxis take much longer because of the circuitous route they have to take

The rooms were a bit small and the buffet in the morning didn t have a lot of variety for vegetarians The pillows were not comfortable I had To put 4 pillows on top of each other to try to sleep
