The new apartment/suite complex is designed to ensure guests enjoy the utmost comfort and complete privacy and independence. The complex features 8 suites on 3 levels and WLAN Internet access is available.

The standard suites have a main room that gives access to a private terrace with lounge tub, hammock and tropical wooden chairs. There is a complete bathroom with shower and hairdryer and another interconnecting room with two sofas that can be used as individual beds in the night. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and an eating area as well as cable TV, a fan, Internet access, an ironing set and individually regulated air conditioning. There is a daily cleaning service and the suites are provided with complimentary bottles of purified water as well as organic bathroom amenities. Upon arrival, guests will receive a courtesy coffee or organic tea.

The apartment complex has a sun terrace around a small pool where sun loungers are provided. There is also a handmade hot tub with hot or cold water to help guests with relaxation and refreshment. Watersports available for an additional fee include jet skiing, diving, windsurfing, motor boating, sailing and catamaran boating. Golfers can test their skills on Playacar golf course, which is approximately 2 km from the complex (fees apply). The nearby beach is sandy.
