H1 Hotel was first established in 2012, by Dragon Mind Development Limited. The company is responsible for managing a boutique hotel with 50 rooms. The hotel is well-located in MongKok, one of the prime locations, not far from the heart of Hong Kongs shopping mall Langham Place. Other than shopping there are many tourist sites such as Ladies Market, Temple Street. As for public transport, Mongkok MTR is only three minutes walking distance from the hotel. H1 Hotel is a 2-minute walk from Mong Kok MTR Station and 5-minute walk from shopping options, such as Ladies Market and Langham Plaza. It offers rooms with free Wi-Fi access.

Dining options can be found close by, in the same district. The Hong Kong International Airport is 40 minutes away.

City view rooms feature air conditioning, a TV and a telephone. The en suite bathroom comes with shower facilities and a hairdryer. Daily housekeeping service is available.
