The standard of the hotel was very good

The waiters were good However the staff on the reception desk were abrupt

Breakfast was good quality but rather hard work assembling it yourself Electronic room keys a bit unreliable especially if you didn t work out the card has to be inserted upside down

Grumpy lady at the check in Think she needs a vacation Asked if we could have an extra bed in the room and she sighed and said the rooms were too small even if we could easily have fitted four extra beds in the room

Excellent service from the word go Could not fault the place Me and my family had a wonderful experience We got a free upgrade to a suite which was a wonderful surprise An exceptional building with beautiful details

Good location near train station and schonbrunn palace We just book 1 night so went by train to Vienna when arrived then go schonbrunn next morning Glad chosen this hotel instead for hotel in Vienna

No electric kettle for coffee in the room

The public areas in the hotel are very nice Breakfast was good

The hotel had no spare pillows How does a hotel not have spare pillows When we were charged for the rooms on booking com we were overcharged We booked a double room a single room the double room was actually a twin the single room had a double bed with a single quilt strange The rooms need freshening up One girl on reception was very nice the rest were disinterested
