Friendly staff nice room breakfast very good location ideal

The only thing if I had to say something would be the bed was hard but I prefer a softer mattress

Going out for the day on Saturday at 10 am and when we got back at 5pm for a quick change etc our room hadn t been cleaned We were then disturbed to see if we wanted it cleaning at 5 15pm but we were busy getting ready to go back out to the theatre

The staff were super friendly Everyone greeted when a genuine smile like they were our friends We even for a box of chocolates as a thank you for being returning customers

Good all round hotel great pub atmosphere excellent choice for breakfast

Woken up by people walking around the room above during the night

Rude Staff besides the manager that made up for the extremely rude and unpolite behavior

Location and feel of the place

I found the bed uncomfortable and the room hot the underfloor heating was on I felt the whole place needed a lick of paint

Too many lift changes and corridors to get from reception to your room

We are delighted to have received a complimentary room upgrade and bottle of champagne as we were celebrating a special occasion

The beds were a little uncomfortable and you could hear everything going on out on the corridor
