Great little hotel in very convenient location Staff super friendly i called asking for a balcony which i was told was not possible as there are very few room with balconies but to my happy surprise on arrival i was given a beautiful room with view on old baqrcelona and two balconies Staff super friendly and helpful Everything was perfect Gracias

The breakfast could be a little more interesting At present it is ok but not exciting

No Bar area in Hotel no tea or coffee making facilities in suite

I was advised that I would have an upgrade but I couldn t discern the difference

The location near the British Museum and Soho

Too much noise from the street the window was not efficient The WIFI was not always aivalable The room was too small no table no chair

Although there is free wifi Access it gets disconnected quite often and it takes a more than five six tries to get reconnected

Room temperature could not be controlled very hot room Try to book an outside view room to get more air flow through the room The breakfast atmosphere was nice but pricey good breakfast can be found locally outside the resturant

Staff polite helpful friendly

The location was quite far from the center of Milan Upon arriving with luggage we took taxi It cost the equivalent of 20 US Used metro next day about 10 minutes walk from hotel and eight stops to Milan center At night streets were empty with hardly anyone around for help

Service was very good and friendly Prompt room service and pleasant bar staff

The room was very small I understand that it s Covent Garden so bigger rooms would mean higher prices For the space they had though it was well utilized
