Abit delayed when requesting milk Water from shower head not always hot the hand shower only had very hot water the settings on toilet didn t work the music in shower very limited to 6 songs price abit steep but overall lovely room with lovely location I will return

Quicker service waited quite some time when requesting items

The staff were lovely and the decor was amazing Loved the location as it was close to everything by cab and even somethings walking distance

The room was smaller than expected as we got an executive suite and it didn t seem much bigger than a double room Still amazingly decorated room and balcony

The room had a very disturbing smell of cigarette although it specifically was a non smoking room

The concierge gave us bad information regarding our tour of the Effiel tower and dinner Because of this we had to cut out your short to get to the dinner on time

The swimming pool was amazing with warm temperature plenty of spaces The Sauna is really nice with beautiful ceiling of lights The hotel provided an Ipad in the room to control all lighting in the room pretty cool Free water bottles were provided everyday and a lot of free movies were available on the TV e g avengers etc

The included breakfast 25euros was alright but the service was really slow and I had to ask for several items that were forgotten

The staff were so friendly

The smell of the buffet area and the room need to renewed its too old but toilets and bathrooms were good
