I asked for a quiet room and we had a lovely secluded room

Location is excellent in the center of the old town About 2 minutes from the old palace and St Michaels Church 50 meters from the historic Cafe Central which serves good food at reasonable price Breakfast at the hotel has excellent variety and quality If your room rate does not include the breakfast I suggest that you reserve for breakfast when check in to get the discount 22 euro per person without reservation vs 28 euro per person without reservation I didn t book the breakfast but we ended up having breakfast there for three days just because it was so good and so convenient

Our room for the second and third night was recently renovated and very confortable The hotel is in a very central location most museums palaces and churchs are at walking distance Excellent breakfast

The apartment initially given us was very large as per description but old in bad conditions and smelly We complained and probably also because the hotel wasn t full after the weekend we were given a very nice and large room for the second and third nights

Absolutely chaotic check in room not fit for time

The location is perfect near to a lot of attractions

When I checked out I found 60 euro on my bill and they said its a charge for the house keeping but I refused to pay then they accepted not to pay

As Vienna touristic center is small the hotel is in the dead center with a U bahn station 30 seconds away to get to the farther attractions or the city airport train Was one of the most comfortable beds we slept on and the room was super clean We also received 1 complementary use of the mini bar which was refreshing after a longs day walk The staff was always willing to help and took their time to assist and answer all the questions All in all the stay was one of our best I would have gladly stayed a few more nights

Breakfast price was a little steep 20 29 euro for 1 person and we didn t use that services

The staff to the hotel everything was great close to shopping old part of town and the rooms are so big good value for money
