Guests can relax in a Finnish sauna, steam bath, and sun bed. A ski storage room and free private parking are available on site. In winter, ski passes can be bought at the hotel.

The garden includes a forest playground and a petting zoo. Hiking and mountain bike trails start right outside, and the centre of Lienz is 4 km away. This property is accessible via an unpaved road, which may be unsuitable for some vehicles. Please note that the property cannot be accessed by car during winter. Guests can park their car at the valley station of the Schlossbergbahn/Hochstein Cable Car and will receive free tickets for the cable car at the counter. The luggage will be transported to the property by the hotel staff.

Please note that the cable car only operates between 9:00 and 16:30.
