The bed was too hard for me and the location a bit too far from a tube to be helpful but walking to bloomesbury was easy and the staff were really helpful If the bed had been softer I would have been happier

Unresponsive ness of staff especially front desk staff On some occasions calls to the reception are not picked The front desk staff apart from one lady that is a manager are unmoved and certainly unwilling to assist For eg I almost missed my flight because I was at the reception begging them to detail a staff to help me with my luggage as I was checking out They just mopped at me helplessly I was forced to take a trolley to my room and started carrying my luggage contrary to my doctors advise I have been in pains since then

All staff were friendly Hotel itself spotlessly clean Rooms were quiet Breakfast was really fantastic for choice and quality apart from the coffee Right opposite the underground station In a very nice location with bars and restaurants within a mile walking distance for me
Bathrooms were a little old fashioned needing a bit of an update Location was hard to find via a car as Satnav takes you behind hotel and the Hanger Lane junction is a nightmare to get around as so very large and very very busy
